This is the worst system of blockchain holding the bought funds for three days. Peoples buying bitcoin to using somewhere, but unfortunately, they have been blocking funds. Due to a lack of knowledge and not read their terms and conditions many threads have been opening about the blockchain problem. It is the disadvantage of using a web wallet. I would like to suggest just don't use blockchain to buy bitcoin, Binance would be better where you can transfer your fund once credited. You must need to use a noncustodial open-source wallet to store your assets. So you will not face any major issue regarding handle your funds.

Anyway, I believe your problem has been solved since its already more than three days. Just take care when you are buying bitcoin in near future.

I think OP question had been answered by Khalid0111, newbies seems to operate web wallets before reading some FAQ, it been a major problems among traders too.
The issue that can be blamed to them are problems with logging in, not receiving 2fa/email authentication, wrong balance, etc.
"Account freeze" can only be done to the trading wallet and only when you bought bitcoins using cards and other matters.
In addition to account freeze, changing of trading password results also to freezing of account, mostly custodial exchange, therefore they give a specific time of 24hrs to be able to perform trading again.

I tend to agree, these are very common issues of this web wallet, the Blockchain.com. The problem is, the support team is quite long to respond to any issues they have, that's why most Bitcoin investors/buyers have always avoided this kind of wallet because of the poor service they had.

@OP, you can try your luck by contacting them to their support team, at least you are trying to contact them, and might your problem will be resolved early as we expected time when it will be settled.

Since this month, I always had saw repeated topics like this, buying Bitcoin using blockchain.com and it takes quite a long time before it will process. Much better not to use to avoid such a problem like this.

The topic brings another good reason to not use custodial wallets. People always feel like they are challenging by non-custodial wallets and ignore all warnings about potential troubles from custodial wallets.
FYI, blockchain.com in general isn't a custodial wallet.
Their "Buy Bitcoin" service however is custodial because it's tied with their exchange, just like other Buy crypto services and exchanges.

Account freeze, zero or limited supports to recover wallets in case you lose your passwords, forget to back up seed or backup seed is incorrect. -snip-
I'm not taking sides but this contradicts the first statement and those problems are from newbies who think that blockchain.com is a custodial wallet.

There are a couple of info within the wallet about not-to-be-able to recover those info since those aren't stored in their server.
Since it's a non-custodial wallet, all those sensitive data is in their own (user's) care,
just like Electrum, no one can directly help you if you lost your seed phrase or forgot the wallet password.

The issue that can be blamed to them are problems with logging in, not receiving 2fa/email authentication, wrong balance, etc.
"Account freeze" can only be done to the trading wallet and only when you bought bitcoins using cards and other matters.

Account freeze, zero or limited supports to recover wallets in case you lose your passwords, forget to back up seed or backup seed is incorrect. If you search, you will know about more troubles with blockchain.com wallets (if your backup procedure is done inaccurately or your backup is damaged by water, proof, etc.). It sucks when you must register your account with email, set up several things but at the ends, the company won't help you to recover your wallets.

Similar problems can be seen on exchanges, casinos, P2P marketplaces and your accounts, your trades can be linked to fraudulent activities if you have trades with bad trade partners - they are likely hackers and have fraudulents and money laundering activities.

If you are bitcoin investor and want to do long-term investment in bitcoin, you have to seriously think of non-custodial wallets, Electrum, ie. Always verify wallet before use it.

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
Avoid using Blockchain.com to buy crypto. They are a pain in the A**. They will lhold onto your funds for a certain period (sometimes even up to 7 days) and there's nothing you can do about it.

Try using other exchanges that now accept depositing and direct purchase from their platforms using fiat such as Binance, Kucoin, bitsamp, Coinbase, kraken, Gemini and many more depending on where you come from.

People should really read the ToS/FAQ of a site more carefully before registering. Especially when their money is involved.

When you buy bitcoin from blockchain.info it will be credited to your trading wallet before you can move them to your main wallet or withdraw them.
If you used a credit card to buy those coins then you will have to wait three days before you can spend them.
There is nothing you can do for the moment beside waiting.

You can read more about the 3 days holding period here:
