I am 17 and do not have a license yet, I tried using Coinbase but they restricted me since I didnt show identity - Are there any wallets that can bypass this. Also, if I buy btc from pax for example, how do I transfer the bought btc to my wallet? Is there a link I get from pax that I put inside my wallet? I am so confused, sorry!
Why don't you use one of your parents or siblings I.D just tell them why would you have to use it,
I have few friends who does that and their parents or siblings aren't really against it just tell them the truth and don't use their I.D in a illegal activity.

Why on earth would anyone in their right mind ever need a web wallet!? They're so much extra work for so much less security.

Mycelium, electrum, Bitcoin core. Don't stray into Web wallets where someone can steal your bitcoins. There are no bitcoin banks because we don't need them. That's literally the whole point of bitcoins. Trust no one. You don't need to.

Why dont you use your mom's or dad's name at the exchange and then use a desktop wallet? With that at least you are not breaking any laws in case the exchange does a security check on the account.

Then, what;s the point here? If you are making something shady or you don't want to link yourself with those bitcoin then what's the point to get in trouble your parents or someone else!!

For transferring the btc you bought, just send it to your wallet address /bitcoin address. as for a wallet that does not require an identity verification, avoid exchange wallets (those were the ones asking for identity verification). Use web wallets like blockchain, a desktop wallet like electrum, multibit, mobile wallet like mycelium , green address. There are tons of options.

I think coinbase also doesn't required id because i am using coinbase without ID. and like other said blockchain is one of the good wallet doesn't required  real info or identification..
But if you want to use other wallet i recommend to use desktop wallet which is more secured and safe you can use electrum itts more safety than using online wallet..
Coinbase can ask your ID whenever they like and if you can't provide those documents they will just freeze your account so I suggest you to just pull out all of your bitcoins from coinbase and put it somewhere safe like to electrum wallet.

I prefer Zakir over Muhammed when mentioning me!
Bitcoin is a currency and no one should ask you for id verification for earning or dealing with a currency. Imagine going to the grocery tomorrow and the grocer asking for your identity to buy a loaf of bread! Wallets do not require any id verifications, but most exchanges do insist on one after a certain amount of transactions.

You have clearly said it yourself that wallets do not require personal information, so why bring exchanges? Wallets and exchanges are for different purposes. Wallet is for *storing* Bitcoin, while exchange is for *trading* or *exchanging* currencies/assets. Because of legal issues, exchanges do require personal information *for trading* [above their limit]. If you use it *only* for storing, there is no need for ID verification, but I absolutely deprecate using exchanges for storing your bitcoins.

Most of the exchanges doesn't required ID verification. And for Coinbase, you can used them even without verification.

Verification only matters when you want to increase your limits. Right now you are on Level 1 and the limit there is almost decent one for average user. If the amount concerned is not that much then I see no reason why you have to verified yourself.

What about the desktop, paper wallet, hardware wallet? Which one is best for you. The coinbase asked for your identity if you are want to make a withdrawal through the wire transaction or increase your daily trade limit (already applied in the majority of the exchange sites).
Rather than using the coinbase and blockchain.info seems better for you based on your knowledge.

If you are using coinbase just for a wallet and doesnt use it for purchasing bitcoin then it might do but if you tend to buy bitcoins then they do really required a verified account which they would really ask up for documentations and ID's. To op if you are underage you can use up your paents id just been said above too and also i want to clarify that coinbase isnt purely an online wallet but an exchange wallet. If you do love to switch then try out blockchain.info theres no restriction on it.
Well since coinbase not allowed my country to trade or buy bitcoins they are only give me a service only for holding bitcoins and sending . but for buying bitcoin my country is not in their list.
Maybe for other country like in us they are asking for ID.. But op is looking for a wallet which is he can receive funds from pax so coinbase is not for receiving and holding your bitcoin temporary but if he buying huge amount of bitcoin better to look for safety wallet like other said use electrum..

Bitcoin is not like banks so you don't need to be over 18 or have a guardian sign on your behalf and you don't even need to supply any personal information for any of the bitcoin wallets that you would want to download.
Coinbase and other online wallets may require ID but those type of wallets is not what you want because the online wallets are the most vulnerable to attack.

Buy your bitcoins from forum members using escrow or use localbitcoins so you won't have to provide any ID when purchasing coins either.

Using someone else ID is cheating, and doing it in the back of the parents without telling them is worst. What about if the country require taxs from cryptocurrencies? Look the case with Coinbase and IRS. What if a day an online wallet is giving out infos to the Taxs dept? So imagine the parents will pay the taxs because the son decided to buy/sell Bitcoin?

Thats true but he doesnt have much of a choice does he? Hes 17 and maybe hes months away from being 18 so he might be able to get away with it. He can use a proper account later. But of course he should tell his parents everything and if its possible, his mom or dad should be present whenever he logs in.

No wallet should ask you about identity verification, it is the exchanges which do so. Please understand the difference between an exchange and a wallet before jumping in.
Wallet providers follow the practices of demanding identity verification after crossing some volume of transactions. If you are a small player then you can enjoy online wallets without need of submitting your documents.

You can use either electrum or blockchain wallet, both of them don't have any kyc policy that mean you don't have to show them your identity.

Buy some bitcoin in pax than goto withdraw section and put bitcoin address you get from your bitcoin wallet. Than click withdraw you will get your bitcoin in your bitcoin wallet.

You're misunderstanding what a "wallet" is.

The term "wallet" for Coinbase is misleading.  It is a web wallet (in this section) which is like a bank in that you are giving your coins to a third party and trusting that they will spend them for you.

If you are regularly exchanging between Bitcoin and fiat or you are dealing with pocket change, this type of wallet can be okay.  However, I would regard a "real" wallet to be your private keys (what allows you to spend the coins) and the interface which makes it easy for the user to find out information about the coins they have a right to spend.

Since these "real" wallets allow sovereignty of people's funds and are basically just a piece of software, almost none of them require your ID.

Examples of them include Bitcoin Core (full node), and Electrum (SPV client).
