Never heard about some wallet or any exchange that did that, all I knew is coinbase connected with paypal for withdrawal only if I'm correct but they ask some personal info, much probably they ask bank account as well.
If really.want to do that, I suggest to make a p2p transaction like what mentioned above and just install your own wallet, desktop or hardware (recommended), don't use any webwallet if you have a decent amount in your wallet.

No there isn't any since Paypal forbids any activity related to cryptocurrency. Your best bet would be to use some p2p marketplaces like LocalBitcoin or Paxfull and websites like Coinsbee where you can buy some Paypal gift cards and pay with your bitcoins.

Not sure what wallet type are you using but I don't see why you would need an online wallet to then convert your money in cash.

I'm trying to see if someone can help me with my dilemma? I have money in an offshore account. It is in the form of Bitcoins. I am old-school when it comes to the new technology etc and this is Greek to me lol! But I am told that I have to take the Bitcoins that I already have in the Offshore Acctand I have to put them in an online wallet. My problem is I do not have a bank account and I cannot set one up for personal reasons that I don't want to go into on here.
