I doubt they will actually make a change honestly. Sure they did a token swap and working with binance usually helps almost all coins for the short term, but there is a reason why this coin was removed from peoples minds and they are not longer a great project, and that same thing will work itself over time once again. If they were a good project that was run by good project managers they would have been good to begin with and not have to do something like this to get to news to start with. All in all having this kind of change basically keeps them in talks for a while and during this period it is a smart move since everyone is at home, but long term affects will be diminishing.
