I just left a PM to Badbear and he will most probably ban this account and permanent ban his last account for ban evasion..

That is not how collateral works. In order for the lender to be protected, the collateral must be "in hand" prior to the borrower receiving the loan. It would also be best for any collateral to be held by a trusted third party when borrowing from this lender
