Get a Skrill account, get it verified, find a trader here on this forum or localbitcoins, make sure you deal with people who have had numerous trades and are trusted, you'll get good prices when you exchange it with skrill, convert the dollars to your local currency within skrill and transfer it to your bank account.
I think the cost of doing this will be much less for when you use WU as skrill charges are not that much. If you're trading on this forum, always use escrow.
