you should start small first in my opinion Grin you can get your yourself a .tk domain and use the free hosting of hostinger. That's where you should start with small budget I think

Namecheap.com.

They have been around for a pretty long time. They have great deals on their shared hosting and domain registration. Yes, they accept Bitcoins. Smiley

The only problem is that domains+hosting that is reliable doesn't go to $10USD, you would be looking at $20USD per year.

Edit: Just relooked at it. If you don't mind, you can easily get a free shared hosting. Can't do much though.

is your budget meant for 1 months or is it your total budget? if first holds, then i can recommend www.webhostinghero.com for you.
It will be good if you can suggest me bitcoin accepting host.
