for 3$~ ? that can not be real  Roll Eyes the cheapest i ever saw and i use such services for years if 30$

It is real. They can get a great profit when they lower the price. I can't say all sites are legit. Check reviews of the site.

Kindly,

There are online services that can unlock your phone for around $3~

give me the link

Nice and popular one is here : http://www.fastgsm.com/en . Anyway, if you find any other, please check feedback. Try to do online unlocking if your provider can't/couldn't do it.

cant understand when i was on iOs 5.1.1 i play my sim Smiley

Look the OS (like windows or linux) and the BASEBAND is totaly different!

While you can downgrade your OS you can not downgrade this baseband version atm when you was on ios 5.x you as well got an OLDER baseband!

So the solution can be some simcard you put on the top of your sim card (expensive and not always work correctly)

There isn't one available for the iPhone 4 with iOS7 as far as I know and don't have time to search.

You shouldn't have updated to iOS 7, as your terminal isn't factory unlocked. The baseband cannot be downgraded and there is no Gevey type solution available(as far as I know).
You probably bought it SH and don't know the original owner so you have very small luck in talking to Vodafone UK Customer Support.

I see 2 solutions:
1. Return it.
2. Search for a trusted unlocking service online and compare unlcoking prices. The prices and amount of time depend on the carrier and the country(some are instant, while other can take 72h or more).
In the past I unlocked more than one iPhone in this way(no, I can't unlock you it for you; at best I can only help to find a trusted unlocking service).
you can also get a shim that goes between your phone and sim to spoof your carrier.

iphone is from uk vodafone..

so its carier set to vodafone..
i have to change to Pakistan GSM ufone vodafone is GSM too

so when i updated to IOs 7.1.2 it locked

i want to open country code.

All you need is a computer running iTunes, your SIM PIN, your iCloud login and password, and you need to put your iPhone into RECOVERY MODE.
Here is the support article that tells you how to put your iPhone into RECOVERY MODE.

Your phone will be restored to previous state and I think your phone will be formatted. Try to do this at your own risk. I hope it will be fine.

Kindly,
       MZ

false false and false..

you can downgrade the IOS in some cases but you can NOT downgrade this BOOTLOADER ! the bootloader/baseband is the one who is responsible for the sim/netlock
