I usually check icobench for the rates of the bounties that I'm trying to join; typically projects with a 3.9 rating below have a low chance of being successful. Then I read the whitepaper of the said project: see if what they're trying to achieve are realistic and has significance not just ideas thrown into blockchain.

It's really hard when you're a beginner, especially if you do not know someone to teach you how to get started. I've experienced this and I can say it's really hard because I started several months ago. Well, I have a lot of people who know about this and my colleagues in 2014. But I was left behind and there was a friend who taught me here so I'm now right now I'm earning money and I can say that my friends are so much money because of this so you should study everything in the forum

Many of my friends would ask me "HOW". As for me I look for post of upcoming ICO on FB  and Twitter. Look them up on Google, which I consider my bestfriend. I look into the coin/ token website. And look for its ANN Thread here in Bitcointalk. Its not easy to start for beginners just like me but I'll learn how to do it perfectly. A little observation, some advice or two from an expert. Making mistakes is normal but we should try to have that thinking of being competitive, the urge to be better if not the best. Being a bounty hunter is challenging. And there's money there too!

That is a very good advice for everyone. Bounty hunter can be challenging but you can always earn money. And the most important you get to choose the campaign you want to participate. So in a way you do the job you love (so rare nowadays)
My favourite campaign that I am participating right now is this one: https://www.crowdholding.com/project/68/yupie-ico I get tokens and I do what I like by sharing my knowledge

You're on the right track.  The first thing you have to do is diligent research, but don't stop with a google search and paid advertisements.  Make phone calls and check facts because these ICO projects are getting big, quickly.  Some of the ICO bounty programs can go on for months before a payment is issued but many pay very well; however ---> some tank hard and you lose all your time and effort.  Hint: look for those that offer a share of the bounty pool based on activity and do the math....

it's very helpful advice thank you. its very useful information.

You can join bounties but it has some minimum requirements like: you require minimum 3 months old Facebook account with 100 followers & 100 friends, 3 months old twitter Account with minimum with 100 followers & 100 friends. you can also join signature campaign but all ico requires junior membership in BCT forum to be a part of signature campaign and apart from this if you have more followers then you can earn more.

I would advise you to find a suitable channel in Telegram and exchange experiences there. There you can learn everything 100 times faster.

You can check here - http://bountylord.com. And, of course, in a main BT bounty thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0 Then choose what you like.

Hail Eris!
Finding bounties is relatively easy.   You can use google to search only bitcointalk.org for threads with the word 'bounty' and limit the results to the last month to get a long list of recent bounty threads for example.

The problem now is finding a bounty which is not tied to a scam.  The last thing you want to do is end up scamming unknowingly on the behalf of a shady dev.  This takes due diligence - read their whitepaper, look at their network presence, review their code, etc.
