I dont wonder if this centralized exchange turn to scam. Bcz there were another like that
So, becarefull when you are investing in centralized one. It is very possible to turn scam.

I have no idea who the hell takes 20 days to maintain the withdrawal system! Maybe the BCNEX technical team is taking lessons from expert, after learning they may fix the withdrawal issue? Yesterday they announced 1 Million BCNX token pool for New Lunar Year Giveaway, where you have to deposit money then you will get the BCNX reward, but remember you can't withdraw your money, as the system is off and they have no expertise in the technical team that can fix the problem within 20 days.
