I already told Stunna that i accessed PD with Tor and if this might be a reason for the loss. I definitely think PD should look into that. But nothing happened!!

What do you expect to happen? What can PD do if some Tor exit node took your credentials? It's known fact that exit nodes can be security weaknesses, and Stunna or anyone else can do nothing about it.

For sure it's always the easiest way to say I have Malware on my computer and problem solved.
I am 90% sure I DO NOT HAVE any spyware, malware or whatsoever on my computer!!!

PD did never get back to on my support Emails! I PMed Stunna here and he replied to me with a short message with with 2 IPs, the reipient BTC address, a question about my PW and since then never got back to me.

This is simply not acceptable and I expected more and a better support from PD!

I already told Stunna that i accessed PD with Tor and if this might be a reason for the loss. I definitely think PD should look into that. But nothing happened!!
I am not blaming PD for stealing my BTC on purpose, but definitely for not securing their users!

@TheGr33k: So because I am a newbie, I am not allowed to post about my experience with PD here??

edit: just sent Micro a PM.

Primedice did not got compromised and even if it did, PD does not store users passwords in readable format. Not even Primedice dev or staff can see your password!

So it was defiantly on your end.

And Stunna replied with all the details that he can give there is no point in talking it over and over again that is probably the reason he marked your tickets as closed and did not reply more.

Primedice is very serious about users security but primedice cant do anything if you don't protect yourself.

Primedice never got compromised and never got users data stolen from it.

Guys, OP hasn't come online since 15th September and he is just a newbie, I hope you all can stop spamming posts now.
Okplz

First contact PD support , i have been Playing on PD from since it was launched and i never ran into any problem apart some server glitches.
I will highly recommend you to contact support before making any declaration from your side !

Did you cashout from the same address as you sent the coins from ? Was the new address created online ? Did you install any type of bot or script from any PD players ? If something actually went wrong with PD they will fix the problem for you one of the most trusted Bitcoin sites in my opinion.

If you try to go through the thread, MICRO (Mod) has already given his statement,

Hey,

Your account was most likely compromised. Maybe very weak password or your pc is infected or you used some third party bots or used your primedice credentials on some other place.

There was no security issues on primedice side.

Sadly i don't think you can recover that bitcoins. Please remember that you need to use strong password and preferably enable 2fA. So this issue wont happen again.

If you need more information you can resend email to support and send me a ticket number in pm and i will try to get it answered as soon as possible.

So Now STOP.

I don't think that's primedice fault. Your account is most probably hacked by that user.
yeah I think so. Isn't primedice fault, it's hackers fault. Primedice still one of the most popular dice site because they are trustworthy so I think they won't steal your btc.

It's 99% you already affected some malware on your computer, i'm sorry for your lost, it's really freaking out, your money gone just in 30 minutes.

Better to clean your PC and make it secure, some advice: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/keep-your-system-updated-and-stay-secure-tips-to-avoid-viruses-trojans-203876
I believe it's a spyware, something that can record your activity on a keyboard. It means when you type your username and password. The owner of spyware monitoring you.
I'm sorry for your loss, wish you get better than this loss soon  .

As others have been saying, it's 99.9% positive that it was some malicious script on your computer.

Has PD replied back yet? I'm curious to see what they will say to the issue.

It is almost certainly malware of some sort. Just having kaspersky wont protect you against some bitcoin bot someone creates to steal your coins.

Not saying, they stole it. But could be things which need/can be improved/fixed from PD side.

They have a large amount of bet do not believe that would ruin your reputation with petty theft.
Perhaps you should be infected with some malvare and captured your password and login.

Can people be logged in the same time as you from a different IP with primedice? i know you can have multiple browsers open.

I don't think they prevent it. Never tested it though.
