The site is still running, so i tried to contact their registrar (nicenic.net) from searching the domain on whois lookup. But unfortunately, i cant proceed contacting them, weird, i always get a "wrong security code" on their contact page even though it's the actual code written their.

The first link is still up and running indeed but the second one is not. Not sure if it has been taken down or not but I couldn't access it. I got a cloud flare warning that my ip is blocked!I think it's better and more effective to report fishing and any harmful websites to the domain registrar and the hosting service as they have the power to completely take them down.

This is likely the only way that scam site can be taken down. Only if the community takes this drastic measures in reporting them to google and if any one here has a link to the form should not hesitate to drop it here.

To be honest, Google do not have any standards. They only care about their own money and thats all. That's why you can publish a scam site through google ads.
Your discovery was a good one but make do well to get involved the original sinbad manager here so as to know what to do so as to salvage any error that is to emanate as a result of what those scammers has done already. This will further forestall any future occurrences planned by the scammers.
Having a fake website appear in the Google search results may bring a dent to the original website because some of the people who needed to mix the coins at Sindbad will land at a fake website and lose their money. Later they may say bad words about Sindbad without knowing that they were scammed by a fake Sindbad mixer and not by the real team.
I really do not think you could blame google for this act of scammers. Everyone has the freedom to associate and also to make public their services. These scammers only did imitate the original but google can not deny them the right to advertise their products which in the real sense are scammers. Thru Google search, when you type Sinbad mixer, the clone site will be in the page 1 of the search results.
I guess that there will also be the same results of clone websites if other name of existing mixers today that will also be searched. You won't notice it until you have to take a close look at the spelling.

I saw scammers replacing letters like this before and I think Sinbad is getting attacked most from all other mixers now.

I reported it to Sinbad Ann thread already. I think as others have said, Sinbad could be one of those popular mixing services that we have right now. I also reported it to Google, unfortunately it is still showing though.
So I would suggest that if others could also report it as well. I think we can put some pressure on the Big G to take it down right away.

And if I'm not mistaken, this is the second time that we've seen a clone site in the wild, so yeah, scammers are busy creating fake and close sites just like what they did during the height of the popularity of Chipmixer. Yes, scammers are these days very active to impersonate the crypto sites and scam people, but i feel that google is equally responsible for promoting these scam sites.

When there is mixing that is popular, there will be many clone sites created including Sinbad which has now become popular in this forum, and I see that Google appears to provide advertisements for these sites if I do a search there.
