And also in your OP, advise people to TICK this tick box which is OFF by default and should be ON by default in my opinion.

How do you create a Self-Moderated post here? I know it's not automatic, because when I created the original post, I didn't see any option to make it Self-Moderated. How does a newbie or a junior member know to create it? Do they have to contact someone at btctalk to create it?
Anyone can create self moderated threads and you can find that option in the bottom of page. ( Click on - Additional Options...)
