They shipped my order when I did a credit card chargeback. I've got a tracking number that shows it's on its way. I'd rather have a refund, but I'm worried if I refuse to sign for it then I won't get either the refund or the product.
So your order was shipped out of place in order to prevent the money from being charged back, essentially?

Think these people can do a screenshot of their Feb/Mar/Apr/Whenever order having been shipped and post it? That would be pretty good proof.

Uh. The subtext here is that cancelling will make them ship yours right away.
It's almost a little hard to believe since, obviously, people would eventually figure that out and the result would be pretty easy to predict.

Yes, and it is a problem because at this point, nobody wants to receive their order anymore, they would rather have the refund. BFL is now trying to "trick" people into taking their miner instead of the refund by sending it to them without the customer noticing.

It seems that if anyone tried to file a chargeback to get money from BFL, they will immediately ship them a package in order to make a chargeback impossible.
If you sign for a package, you can no longer get a refund from BFL!

Yes. This is literally what they are doing. They did it to me as well. When they ship, REFUSE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. If you sign for the package, you accept the business agreement/transaction legally.
I did this today, after canceling on an April '13 order. They shipped anyway, told them to fuck off. (I was polite to the fedex guy)
