Payment Gateway Allows Recurring Payments

Imagine, if there was a new community that entered the crypto space and because of his excitement he posted Binance on Facebook and included a referral link and one of the SEC staff saw it and posted it right away. He is a criminal immediately, then the fine is more than 5 million and if he is imprisoned, he will be imprisoned for 21 years.

It's terrible, Binance was really broken by the SEC, it's just surprising why the penalty and charges are so heavy. It seems like the SEC is very upset with binance because they didn't get what they wanted from binance.

The SEC further warned that individuals promoting Binance within the Philippines may face criminal liability under the Securities Regulation Code. They may be penalized with a maximum fine of five million pesos (around $90,260) or imprisonment of 21 years or both, the SEC added.

I became more interested in Binance when I read about its upcoming release. Since many of us are still trading on Binance despite the SEC's ban on the website, I wondered if we might get into legal trouble if they found out we’re still using it.

Luckily, we’re not liable under the law, so we’re safe.

However, let’s remember this: 'Never promote Binance' on social media or any platform, because that could be used as evidence against us by the government. The penalties are steep, and there could even be jail time.
