...About the limited warning, we think that we have explained more than enough about the risks of investing in our strategy and the fact that its well explained doesnt change anything about the chances of winning or losing.

On your site, the main place is given to various forms of investment, which offer a high percentage for investment. This is what your site visitors see first and foremost. And, knowing the psychology of most people, they won't even look for a disclaimer after seeing your offer that offers them such a big profit.

We could just add a popup when somebody opens the site like those adult webpages have, informing about the risks and having a hyperlink to the disclaimer section

yes, everyone should be informed first what exactly you are doing, also clearly indicate the risk of loss.

We dont exactly need the money,

then don't do this. why do you need to get into trouble? people when they lose money don’t want to hear about excuses.
are you sure you'll be able to hide if you lose someone's money?

Its not a guaranteed profit, we have explicitly explained that on our FAQ and Disclaimer pages.
I understand where you are coming from and i see the reason why you would choose not to trust us and tag us, that is okay.
But let me say it again, we will not use the invested amounts to payout other users, if we lose the funds, the funds are lost and investors will be notified.

You are free to think that its a scam, but thats just your subjective opinion.

About the limited warning, we think that we have explained more than enough about the risks of investing in our strategy and the fact that its well explained doesnt change anything about the chances of winning or losing.

Thank you for your opinion though, have a nice day

There is no guaranteed profit, but the loss is.
here you are asking someone to invest in your gambling, are you serious? who you and your other two friends are and why anyone would believe you?
I must ask if you are so confident in your skills, why you need someone else's money, why you don't gamble with your own money and keep all profit only for you?
Your offer is worst than usual gambling, where people make their own decisions, and here they are waiting for your mercy whether you will report a gain or a loss. To be honest as your service name This is pure fraud, and you are just asking someone to give you money to gamble without risking your property.

I am going to add you red tag, people should need to be warned.
We dont exactly need the money, its just more profitable for us, the more money we have pooled together (with our own funds) the safer we can play but still gain good profits(a bit better than what we are offering). We are gambling with our own money, that is explained in our FAQ page.
You might be right that it seems that its way worse than just normal gambling, the difference here is that we have a tested and working strategy inplay, which we havent really seen being applied anywhere.
We understand the tags and the need to warn people from high ranking members of the forum, but we have no plan on becoming a ponzi or a fraud website. We also understand that you have absolutely no reason to trust us and we are okay with that.
Thank you for your feedback

We are not planning on paying users out of other users money, hence no ponzi scheme.
The exact nature of our strategy is explained pretty well in our FAQ section, atleast thats what we think.

Its not our plan to take money and run, as that would be disadvantageous to us, due to how our way of making money is.

But yes sure, a warning is never wasted in the investment world.

If anybody has any question or suggestion our support email is open. [email protected]

These are just your words. No one can be 100% sure that the blackjack card game will bring the guaranteed profit that you promise your customers. This is most similar to a ponzi scheme, where the income of early investors is paid out of the money of those who joined later. And in the end, these latter will lose their money when the influx of new investors stops. For this reason, I am leaving you a negative tag to warn forum members about your scam and save their money.

Your limited liability warning, on the contrary, increases the chances of losing money.

I think the problem stems from offering a minimum withdrawal of BTCs for your offers with promises of ROIs in return. I find it very confusing that you offer these packages but you added on your disclaimer that there is that CHANCE of losing your money in the investment.

I mean, what is the point of this? The ROIs that you posted looks promising and eye-catching but with that added risk, it completely eliminates its purpose.

I think i understand what you mean, let me try to explain

First with the minimum withdrawal amount, the 0.0016 BTC is meant to be as the minimum investment amount in any plan +10% (the lowest return), but we have lowered it from 0.00165 to 0.0016 btc

We offer these packages because we are confident, that it can be made without any problem a lot of times, as its already tested and tried, but as explained on our FAQ and Disclaimer pages, its still gambling in the end.

So to avoid any future arguments and problems for both sides, we wanted to make sure, that everybody who comes on our site knows what the odds are and what the risks are too.

Of course we could have just left the profits there and leave out any disclaimer, but that would be scammy in our eyes.
