Looks to me like you double-spent the funds (might have been a RBF given the confirmed transactions were broadcasted later and have higher fees).
Anyway, the transactions are unconfirmed and never arrived because you used the same inputs in a confirmed transaction that have been credited to your account.

Both those double-spending transactions that confirmed show up in your deposit history, they use the same inputs you used before in the unconfirmed transactions, which is why the earlier ones will never confirm and can safely be discarded.

So, them deleting the history doesn't make sense and doesn't need to concern you, because if they deleted it and it's not there, it'll only work for your case. The txID, please?
