There aren't many mentions on this forum of the casino and they don't even have an official thread here, so yes, we shouldn't trust the casinos which trust can't be checked on this forum. And the video is very informative and interesting to watch.
Seriously after looking at all these videos, I think this casino will go out of business soon, how can a casino cheat players this way, by dealing the second card. And the way the dealer do it, it is alike telling the customer in the face saying I am just cheating in front of you, I don't give a damn, hahaha.
Big thanks to the OP for showing this video link, this will prevent many players from getting scam by this casino.
Yes, perhaps it is the end for this one. However, the same people can take the money and invest it into a new casino like that where for some time they will be able to cheat uncaught.
The end? No it is not.
The support and IT team refuse to be responsible for their actions of what they are doing. Which is committing fraud! That is why they out source these providers in country in Central america and others that do not have to abide by U.S laws for casinos like Las Vegas does have to due to U.S regulation. They are in a safe haven zone and they know that they can not be touched due even if anybody had an evidence (and this video evidence is the best evidence you can ever get!) of them doing this trickery against the players whom are using their casino services.
The support person whom are on the liver dealer's screen can be seen by them all the time during their blackjack hands so they are either giving them a sign to not do that or to go ahead they will just change what the players see on their home screens and the this change is what the dealers see on their screen.
It is a rather sophisicated system they have got there. I even witnessed this once when I was playing at the Central america casino at cloudbet. The dealer had not flip her cards yet but she said they had a Blackjack. But the card was facing down on the table so how would she have know it was a Black jack they had for their cards? Unless the scanner they wave the cards infront of shows them every card that is given to the players and the support/it person behind the screen just changes the cards on their system so you see it what they changed it but that is not what it sposse to be. From that point I knew it was all a scam artist job going on with this Ezugi casino provider and never played with them since.
They are scamming, committing fraud and straight out cheating every player who goes to the casinos whom uses them as the providers out of their player's money.
