Fortunately I have never used poloniex or bittrex, I use a local site that exists in my country, until now there has been no problem.
I think each country has its own site in the case of online wallets, why don`t you try to use it? ...

no not every country has a wallet site , also poloniex and bittrex aren't wallets they are exchanges where you can trade
some people do store their coins in these sites -which is a big mistake - but that doesn't make them wallets , last acts should make people more aware regarding this matter

if you haven't tried them before be cautious when you want to do that , and remember to never keep your coins there

in my experience the only thing you can do with poloniex is just wait , I had a terrible experience with them in the past and all I could do was waiting till they finally sent me my money ( I waited over 2 months )
I know it sucks but I doubt that you can do anything with it , just please keep us updated

I hope the community will start taking action and stop using these exchanges , at the end they are worthless without users
hope that one of the trusted community guys create an exchange

exactly! Without users they are worthless.
Guys stop using that shit service now!

Well they are technically allowed to do this via their terms and conditions.

However the fact that they have been ignoring you for ages now is unacceptable, and this is not an isolated incident. I've seen many others experience the same thing in terms of the long wait that they have to go through to get their tickets answered.

If you're not comfortable with poloniex, use bittrex and get a basic verification.

Companies should not automate their business processes if they do not have a staff for process maintenance.

I'm also having issues with Poloniex (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/poloniex-account-suspension-scam-2285553) and I really dislike their style of business.

Scamming and not answering is the same thing for most of the people because the outcome of it is: loss of money.

I wish you good luck on your fight!

Poloniex has dropped my withdrawal limit to $0. They are scamming. Avoid!

this would not be a big problem if it were not for this:

My support requests (#431491 Pending verification) have been ignored for months.

They have few employees and have many clients and even with this lack of employees they are asking clients to verify their accounts. this only shows lack of responsibility.

If they had a office with many employees this would not happen

You need to verify your account to raise your limit...

You need to verify your account to raise your limit and recently all the new accounts that has been created they have automatically set their withdrawal limit to 0 without prior notice. I would suggest you to submit a few screenshots so that it can help other users and if possible read their terms once maybe the solution is over there as it was recently updated.
