...my portion of credit is quite small.
For me starting legal actions , it is obviously not convenient.

Satoshi is rolling in his grave. #bitcoin
@Reckman:
Up for you, Bastard, still logging.

Bumping this and checking his status won't help you in any way, nor will it force him to pay up. Listen to what dogie said above and file a report to the authority.
At the least you should explore your legal possibilities, he can be traced, and there's a chance that the debt can be paid by force. Don't give up, 11 btc is a fair amount to put up a fight.

cheers and good luck

Sad i didn't see this thread before; however, I added my -ve feedback to Reckman profile. Hope it may help.

Hey Reckman,
I can see you occasionally still logon.
So, why not to remind you how much bastard you are.
Up for you, scammer.

Just report it to local law enforcement. There is likely a fraud element of this if he's actively ignoring the debt, and either you or law enforcement can pull his details from Ebay.

OP stated is from Italy. Reporting it to local (Italian) law enforcement agencies may start an international investigation...but i'm not sure how this fraud  may get enough priority to engage international cooperation among Italian & US law enforcement agencies. Actually, they're running raids against transnational organized crime & drug traffic.......

I'm late but I left him a negative feedback, I hope he will repay back all his debts. Good luck with your "battle".

It is my intention to send a request to Coindebtcollection.com, a company that I'm already aware, is interested in pooling his debt from other common lenders.
They will use these documents to exercise legal action against him in order to rescue the debt.

BTC Jam is a mass scam waiting to happen.

\Don't you think people will work hard to build up rep to pull off a large scam?

It's happened MAY MANY MANY times. Never trust anyone. Regardless or rank and status. Make sure you have them locked down and ready to take to court and have the FBI bust down their house if you plan on making a deal with anyone.

I live in Italy and my portion of credit is quite small. But I agree and believe that a visit to him could be useful.

What country is he in ?
Why can't you get someone to visit him ?

$~6k is worth spending abit of money to have someone visit...

US I guess (at least that's where he's shipping his stuff from)

I don't have much at stake (nor do I live in the US) but it would be nice if someone knocked on his door

Yes, I know. I send him at least 1 message every 2-3 days, without answers. Would you like to help me remember how a honoured man he is, sending some messages? Ebay user = bitcoinpal

So many scams on BTC Jam, I'm never lending BTC to anyone.

Lending without collateral, be it BTC or fiat is never a good decision, especially when it is a huge amount as this.
