I respect his opinion but this does not mean Im going to panick.  everyone on this forum does not want bitcoin to end up because a lot of people are just relying on their lives on bitcoin.

We never know behind it all and what will happen later. To be able to predict the price on increasing crypto currency. Bitcoin may be zero but no one knows when it will have a positive impact on space to make a lot of profit going forward. Cool

he does not understand the technology or potential benefits from this... I mean, that's not to say he's flat out wrong; it is a speculative thing right now and super early days still. Many of us who are in this space are in it because we recognize profound benefits to the entire earth in the long term... it really isn't a concern except if you only care about the current fiat valuation. This revolution in trust and the first time ability to allow people to have consensual choice of their economic activity OUTSIDE of the legal structure entirely... and if we can't maintain at least that baseline (the dystopian legal nightmare will continue in the "intranets"/closed off systems regardless for a while), we may as well pack up shop now.

I no longer pay attention to what popular persons say about bitcoin. I think most of them are the people involved in bitcoin and want to manipulate the market in short-term with these speculations.

Actually i really don't care if warren buffet says bitcoin won't end well. I did my own research so I believe in Bitcoin and in a good future. Probably warren did not believe in bitcoin during in it's earliest year, Now they are trying to shake those weak hands by creating FUD so they can have your bitcoins in cheap price.. FUD=BUY, Good news will come and btc will go ATH= Sell, then what's next??... For sure FUD=buy again..For them making money is just a repetitive market actions..

What is your  opinion as per  Warren buffet statement, he is a wealthy giant globally he told CNBC on Wednesday the recent craze over bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies won't end well. "In terms of cryptocurrencies, generally, I can say with almost certainty that they will come to a bad ending,"
Am really scared hope the end is not near. I want to hear from knowledgeable individual what the future holds.
Warren Buffet is very well known personality in the world and I also said in my earlier post also that everyone has its own way of earning money and has everyone has its own point of view with bitcoin. Warren Buffet like people believes in long term investing and believes bitcoin a Ponzi scheme and according to him bitcoin will not end well and that’s why he don’t invest in bitcoin but I am bitcoin fan and I strongly believe that bitcoin will surely end well.

Same thing he used to state a long time before the cost went crazy and everybody is purchasing crypto. I get it, he's a fruitful business tycoon and a specialist in customary stocks, however I won't take a word from somebody who doesn't comprehend the tech totally and is inclination towards the old framework. Everybody recalls how hard he bashed bitcoin and those negative comments in 2016 however a couple of months after, the enchantment happened. In the event that you have confidence in bitcoin, you won't tune in to these business magnates' familiar axioms. Rich individuals are simply getting rid of the individuals who are savvy enough to put resources into crypto however sincerely feeble to deal with the accidents and so forth.

You should not be listening to what certain individuals say about the negative aspects of Crypto and esp Bitcoin unless it is a widely considered thought to be true after analysis. The level of profits to be made in the Crypto sphere has turned a lot of people into hypocrites. Warren Buffet, Bill Gates etc have all had a bit to say about Cryptos but these are the same people who's companies are heavily invested in Crypto and have been taking the steps to include some form of Blockchain tech into their operations for beneficial reasons. Steve Wozniak and Jack Dorsey have spoken out in support, so there are many conflicting opinions on the possibilities of Bitcoin in the future. Everyone has their own opinion on what is going to happen that they believe is the truth. There is still a lot of value in owning BTC...

I get it, he's a successful business magnate and an expert in traditional stocks, but I won't take a word from someone who doesn't understand the tech completely and is bias towards the old system. Everyone remembers how hard he bashed bitcoin and those negative remarks back in 2016 but a few months after

Warren just wants to earn money from the stock market in order not to want to share profits with anyone but bitcoin can make so much. This can worry him and he can not loot money to make other people cheat. Cool

Maybe he's right or wrong, we just have to make the best of it until that day happens. If it does happen then I would know that it will happen for a long time.
He is just an old folk who does not understand technology and his opinion does not matter here, he never invested in the dot com boom as he never understood that boom and that is the case with crypto currency and he is old enough to understand the new revolution and yet he is having his opinion on how this technology goes in the future which is absurd.

"If I could buy a five-year put-option on each of the Crypto-currency, I would gladly do it, but I would never put a cent into short positions on them," Buffett said.
Five year? He's 87 years old already. Bitcoin is probably still there in 5 years, I'm not so sure about him.

One persons opinion does not necessarily affect the whole cryptoworld. If you are scared and dont believe in bitcoin nor the other cryptocurrencies then sell your coins but to those who are loyal to bitcoin and the alternate coins, they will stay and hodl and wait for the right timing for them to sell their coins when they need them and not because one person says it is the end or it wont end well.

Warren Buffet is a traditional investor, and has no technological understanding.
This is one possible scenario for bitcoin. If he has the right mindset and knows the potential of the company, he will invest in it in the early days and not when the stock is already priced high. I think in its meaning it bases on the end of all the currency that is not centered and still not seen. I am fully convinced that his prediction will prove false.

Warren Buffett is respected world class investor. I think he just make analysis and prediction and that prediction does not always become true. I am prefer believe that cryptocurrency will more growing in the future because we live in digital world and thats mean bitcoin or cryptocurrency will be needed

Warren Buffet is not the only one who are rich in the planet earth. We respect his statements but we will be able to clarity the future if warren statement was true when we are at that situation. For now let us focus the present while looking for the future of bitcoin and hoping that it will not end worst or should not end either.

Well different people have different opinion as well, that's what he thinks and predict I guess, maybe he has a reason in telling those things, but whatever may happen to bitcoin still has its effect wheter we like it or not but for now let's just use it and and enjoyed what it's offer.

for me, the future or what will happen tomorrow and the day after is still a mystery. we live just what is in front of our eyes, but I have confidence and a sense of high optimism, that the development and future of bitcoin, especially in my country will grow rapidly and become a virtual money tool that is safe from crime.saya sure !!.

Warren is a very respectable figure in the business world,  very wise investor indeed ,  just like any other person, he is entitled to have an opinion, doesnt mean that he is writ though, everyone has an area where they love to invest in, and would avoid others for their own reasons, if warren doesn't like the Bitcoin train then its okay, doesn't mean that his take should be used as an investment advice, not all will believe anyway, best thing is late the market forces take its course
