I will prefer gt5
Gta 5 is much better then watch dogs in every expect - graphics,gameplay etc
and i love playing gta 5 on my lappy.

I like watch dogs, gta v does not work for me and buy for nothing hehe 
GTA V is soo much better. It has a better story imo and GTA V is more polished with great physics, unlike Watch Dogs.
Watch dogs has terrible car physics and the novelty of the hacking aspect of the game wears off after a while.
