Ivanov is buying all assets on waves dex using toxic vires rugpull usdn except wx because he already owns all of it.
He will lock (rugpull) USDN at 40:1 depeg same as he did wusd two years ago after all speculators are trading it and switched their assets for it. Citing too much volatility or some other fake reason.

Then he will cover the billion dollar short on binance that he put at 64 usd on waves but first he will capitulation dump when usdn 40:1 depeg.
I don't know capitulation target but maybe below 50 cents.

Short cover liquidity will come from retail waves dump on binance and fake usdn depeg and subsequent rugpull and this is where retail traders will finance his profit from todays 1.35 usdt down to perhaps 20 cents.

After he pumps waves back to 64 and continuation triple digit in global bull 5 he will simply come with new stable coin or some other version of USDN and this is how the cycle perpetuates.

So the solution for everyone is to buy the capitulation dump on binance without over leveraged longs and be careful when selling hard assets in exchange for USDN depeg speculation on waves dex.

There will be window of opportunity to exchange USDN if you buy at 40:1. Before it is locked out from trading the depeg may go as low as 1:1.15-1.5. This is a copy of what happened in WUSD two years ago. This is not important for Ivanov because it will be small money a few hundred thousand or million dollars. He must dump 400 million worth of toxic USDN so this will push depeg to 40:1 soon because he must also dump waves on binance and then have cash to cover the billion dollar short.

For USDN speculators the target exchange rate for hard asset is 60 USDN per waves (technical double top) and 25-59 cents TurtleNetwork. TN could pierce 1.7 but the founding team will start dumping 40 cents zone so inorder to build retail dump money it must pierce 1.7 first. 25-50 cents is equal to 2020 pre usdn waves/tn ratio because TN will have delayed parabola to match waves 64 usdt blow off last year. The lowest waves/tn rate in 2020 was 50 cents/005 so 60/0.6 is target with $1.7 fomo pierce.

The reason they are successful is because they are KGB (ivanov) CIA (SBF) sock puppets and have alot of money.

If you are retail trader and play this right you can make x100 on $10k in the next months. But remember criminal culpability for engaging in currency manipulation and participation in boiler room fraud. Questions may be asked and you could also be penalized or requested to forfeit profit if there is investigation which there certainly will be.

This is not 100% alchemy made some bad calls over the years too but this one seems open and shut tbh. The biggest problem is the USDN lock out mechanism because Ivanov can switch it off at any time so it is a hard factor to predict. It is similar to halted trading in stocks you can be right in every way but if they restrict trading it doesnt really matter because you lose anyway.

Fundamentally there is no reason why both waves and TN cannot organically trade at $300/$1.7 backed by triple digit APY if the platforms are for short and long term credit loans similar to NEXO. So the -90% TN dump was a only a year long ruse because the truth is that the swop system is working perfectly fine but the leaders are psychotic neofeudalists who want absolute monopoly and market control and they are incapable of sharing profit with others.

So it is possible to exit TN at 30 cents and up to $2 usdn but only when USDN is depegged 40:1 and there is a counterparty risk when holding USDN at such depeg because it can be locked by Ivanov as he did with WUSD. However I don't think this will happen before window of opportunity to cash out and I also think USDN as a concept will prevail for some time ahead.

There is no reason why swop and waves staking could not generate high Apy as a lending platform the only reason it temporary failed is because of Ivanov criminality/greed.

It is better when Ivanov is removed from waves and face fraud charges in US jurisdiction one can only hope for this solution. Or his situation can be managed privately without due process.

Time factor for this scenario is up to 2 years from present. Could be tomorrow, could be in 2 years. We wait. Open positions is apparently ticking at $1.7m daily so it will pop sooner rather later.

USDN depeg will continue until 40:1 USDT rate based on the orderbook activity on waves and historical price of waves and technical formation.

This will double top at ~$60 on waves dex but not on binance.

With such dramatic depeg Ivanov will buy the capitulation flush on binance and cover his 1 billion short and this means that waves and USDN will be overcapitalized by a significant factor.

The Waves support message above is factually correct: USDN and the entire waves market cap below 1 billion is overcapitalized by Ivanov.

After the 1 billion short is covered, presumably around 70-90 cents, waves will massively pump back to 60 level and then triple digit continuation. So the depeg on waves dex at 40:1 USDN/USDT will be repegged after the short is covered and there will be collateral backing to support the new 60 dollar price.

During the depeg TurtleNetwork is scheduled for 59 cent pump as predicted. It has already started pumping using Ivanovs liquidation capital from vires rugpull.

My interpretation is that the 400 million USDN liquidation will be partially used to pump affiliate tokens on waves dex such as TN which means that the founding team will be vastly enriched if TN goes up and USDN then repegs in case they keep USDN.

The question is whether they will be complicit in this massive securities fraud by indirectly receiving this level of funding.

Mens rea is settled with this post because it is now public information so there is no plausible deniability.

So to Bram and the TN insiders who plan to dump during 40:1 USDN depeg be careful. My guess is that greed will overcome criminal liability and profit in the millions will outsize punishment but it is still fraud on massive scale which started with Vires rugpull.

SBF was recently arrested in Bahamas. Just because a market is unregulated does not mean freedom of criminal conduct.

There is speculative interest in USDN volatility and in an emerging market any outliers will be absorbed by organic growth factor. Waves is a very small cap coin it is no big deal with a 400 million depeg the investors will absorb it and natural growth will then overshadow such relative small money. Waves at $300 is 30bn what is 400m in this circumstance?

It will not mark the end of waves, not by a long shot.

So my guess if you can snatch USDN at 40:1 it will be very profitable after Binance follows waves dex pump to $60 and repegs usdn. But there is also the risk of rugpull same as happened with WUSD. There will be a window of opportunity to exchange usdn:usdt before lockin, and it is within that small window that the profit is generated.

But generally USDN should be sustainable as a concept after waves pump. Apparently there will be some safeguard mechanisms implemented soon so this x40 opportunity is far and few inbetween.

Just be aware that you may be complicit in fraud when holding or trading USDN because of the 400 million vires rugpull which is where the pump money comes from. And some of that 400 million is connected to FTX customers through Alamedas delta neutral position. I believe it was not yet liquidated though?
