Can anyone explain to me what are all those garbage tokens we are receiving on waves? Are developers aware that they are just scam? Lastly, is there any measurement which can be adopted in order to stop all those malicious tokens to be distributed? Someone will fall into it badly.
To be fair, we're receiving garbage tokens on our Ethereum addresses too, look, it's a free world and especially crypto, was born for all kind of people, honestly you're gonna buy some random token called cryptobar.ru?

Greetings! Thank you for your questions and interest in Waves Platform.

Any news on these Coinomat assets?

What the hell is wrong with Sasha, I can't believe the coinomat era assets haven't been fully swapped to waves yet, it boggles the mind that he lets this issue drag on and on.

How are these guys ever gonna be made right, +2 years later ... ?

The process of swapping Coinomat assets are still on considering stage, the requests on this issue are always forwarded to the management. When the situation becomes clear we will definitely inform about the decision is made for it. Thank you for understanding and patience.

I've just created a new Waves wallet with the new beta wavesplatform and I've remained quite speechless as I didn't find a single smoothless way to copy my new waves address once inside the platform. Of course by clicking on the "receive" tab I am shown my address, but I have no way to copy it. Instead I am offered a way to "Share the link to an invoice". The only way to extract my waves wallet has been to copy the "Share the link to an invoice" string and extract my address from there. Well, are you totally crazy? How can you hope for mass adoption if you make the easiest things impossible for the average Joe? I know how to go around obstacles, but a newbie won't. As I said, I'm speechless.

Could you, please provide the information about what version of Waves wallet you use: mobile app Android/iOS, Online/Desktop Beta Client?

These and other scam tokens of such kind have been overwhelmed Waves users accounts. We have had a lot of messages about spam assets with a URL (http://…) in the name. We can't forbid our users to create their own token or launch ICO, but we will try fix this in the next release. All such assets will be hidden by default. This is only an initial solution. We are working on the best way to address all kinds of spam.
Now you can use the "hide" button on Beta Client. Learn how to do this: https://imgur.com/4yoRQgK
Unfortunately, there are many fraudsters nowadays so the only one thing left is to be very attentive and take responsibility for your own security.
Please be careful with all sorts of suspicious information!
-Do NOT disclose your SEED phrase to ANYONE!
-Do not send tokens to anyone you do not know, even if it looks like admin.

Kind regards,
Waves Community manager.

Waves #44.

The road to success is sometimes weird.

Or is this just an epic failure in the crypto world?

No, it's just weird. Or the market is, anyway. Too many people piling in who never read a white paper or did research.

Most coins/platforms in top 50 are equivelant of Pewdy Pie on Youtube. Noone will know or care what they were in ten years time.

Not so long ago I went into my wallet and noticed that they changed the design and added a lot of cool items for trading and for using ordinary wallets, I really like it, so I think that the project should do it.

The price of Waves is very reasonable now, and I always keep this coin in my portfolio. With the expansion of the community, the use of Waves will be more extensive. This will be a long-term value investment.

I've been accumulating and holding WAVES for months. Can't believe it's been staying so low profile for such a long time, but I'm happy to have been able to buy more, now that price is still very low IMO.

We were talking about the swap last year. I'm surprised it still haven't been done. Hopefully they will do it soon, it is big disappointment for old investors.

I want to get ready for the airdrop.  How do I create a waves wallet? And is it safe? Any problems in the coding or anything I should be concerned about?
In my personal experience when i made a waves wallet online, i used it https://waveswallet.io and it is save there are no coding be needed to making the waves wallet and for the airdrop you just need put the waves coin in the wallet and the airdrop will be sent automatically to your waves wallet.

Investors in Waves cryptographic currencies were very surprised and the value quickly increased. you will be successful in the future when project analysis is done. it is still late for investors.

I think that WAVES takes a good position in the rating of crypto-currency. Constantly developing, like the Ethereum. Of course it's too early to talk about the First ratings, it's hard to believe. But it could be all. Roll Eyes

Smart contract, dex exchange, perfect team, atomic swaps, low fees, high speed.. i'm almost sure this will be a $1000 coin in the future, but for now i can't understand why it is not skyrocketing? I mean, seems the perfect coin, better than almost everyone else.. so what is the problem? Maybe marketing?

I think that's because of the general market situation. Waves is even more stable compared to other platforms. Ardor, Komodo or Lisk have lost more ground there. In recent weeks and months, only courses of projects have risen that do not yet have a mainnet and they will go live soon. With high probability, these courses will fall again after the Mainnet start. such as EOS.

Blocking technology allows Waves to be a decentralized, anonymous and independent platform, with low commissions. Using the Waves platform is possible through a client for the computer or an extension for the Chrome browser.
