this is actually an opportunity for someone who are good at shorting and buying at a certain low price. for those who have brave souls, the dumping will happen within 24 hours and thats just about enough for you.

maybe you can share this bet in the lisk thread so it attract potential takers. lot of users from lisk did it so they might as well grab this opportunity.

I asked for help in another post for the same reason. I feel this may be an opportunity but I have no idea about new coins or ICO and pack most of the knowledge so aquire this coin. I know sometimes you must invest and first investors but how else can get waves ? Thank you so much

So all in all no one got the courage to short Waves. That's a good thing. It now reassures our belief, eh?

So no-one took you up on it, eh?

Nope. It seems no one is genuinely bearish Cheesy

'Nuff said. Wink

I have noticed this is not the first time I saw an offer like this in the last few days. With people loaning out to short and a certain Ddos attack I still think it could jump 5x on the open.

What I don't understand is why a coin would jump on the open when anyone can buy as much as they want now at 1/5 the cost.

Odd, isn't it? And yet, it does happen from time to time. FOMO, maybe.

Mycelium could be the tricky one as its coins are denominated in USD not BTC I am led to believe

Please inform me about your selected escrow first so that I can make a due diligence and approve, after which we may let the party begin. If the escrows of more than one candidate are simultaneously in due diligence, I will choose the one I desire regardless of who sent me the escrow's name first.

Sure, I would absolutely like to take a bet that Waves is the first Crypto-ICO in history where the asset drops below ICO value on first day trading. Smiley

OK. So now you will need to specify a stop-loss price at which you will be forced to buy back WAVES. Then, you will need to find an escrow, deposit him or her the amount of the collateral you need based on your stop-loss price, after which I will deposit the escrow's WAVES ICO account 10 BTC, after which you will send me 0.5 BTC.

The escrow should withdraw his or her WAVES from the ICO account to a reliable exchange, and give API access to you. You will be trading through the API, with the condition that the escrow is going to dismiss your API access, cancel all your orders, and buy WAVES tokens with the balance in case your stop-loss is hit, so that there will be enough WAVES in the account to pay your debt.

I should be informed beforehand about the exchange on which the trading take place. I have the right to cancel the bet if I don't like the proposed exchange, in which case everyone gets their money back.

So, with you included, there are three candidates for the ask. As I said, whoever comes up with the escrow and the details, he or she takes it.

Best,

Jian

Sounds like you found a taker...

I thought there would be no taker at all. Now there are two of them, one of whom contacted me via PM. Whoever could come up with the escrow and the other details arranged, he or she will take the ask.

Best,

Jian

Well, congratulations! This'll be an interesting experiment: a pure OTC short.

If no one bet for this so far, I would like to try with my bet of -10.5 BTC inclucing the application fee.
