Is there any info on the development of Smart Contracts for Waves?
I have looked all over but only find a few people saying they are in the design phase but no word from Waves?
Smart contracts for waves is under development and almost released. It will be came with Waves 1.0. And when they release waves 1.0 nobody can stop the price I have looked all over but only find a few people saying they are in the design phase but no word from Waves?

Very good if the waves to realize the smart contract, May be overtake eterium. But I have never heard from the waves about the news. Hopefully the waves can consider and use smartcontract soon.
I think it has been said in Q4 of this year. Waves are interesting to me with their ninja news. It just happens one day when you at least expect. That is why Waves are hard to daytrade...I'm just keeping mine and not seeling to time the market. In august comes the new DEX and one of the devs said it's not going to be just an upgrade but a whole new product. Can't wait to see it.
I don't know about it but if that is true, it will make the price at least x5 hodling waves till the smart contracts are released.

Be patient OP, for sure you will not regret investing on waves now or holding what you currently got because there is a lot of potential for it to grow in the near future especially that the upcoming updates are big ones and is nice. Waves will surely pump sooner or later this year but it might happen soon. For now be updated on waves because it might be the next altcoin to perform an ethereum like price rise this year. Soon they will post it all out but I think just recently they are so busy and most especially there are a lot of new tokens or coins created and are using the waves platform so we just have to wait. Pretty sure it's coming or we'll never know by this year they will announce their smart contracts through social media.

Smart contracts are coming to Waves. There is no deadline though. I believe smart contracts implementation will happen before the end of the year.
Theres no exact date on where it would be implemented but hopefully this year or even on next year to come. It would really be a huge step up on waves implementing on smart contracts for sure prices would really increase even more and this is why we should still hold up even more longer on our waves. Dont sell to early because we can potentialy earn up even more and patience would really be the key here.

I dont follow developments from Waves however here is what I do with projects I am interested in. I follow them in all the social media platforms they are on, slack/telegram/twitter etc. Perhaps you should try that so you dont missout on any news. You can also follow most ptoject developments on Github as well.
