Of course every coin pumps but this one is different. The team knows and expecting holders to hold else you pay a price later.

I did analysis of the waves explorer and the general trend is that whoever bought more than 50k waves in ico are accumulating and the little fishes are dumping on bittrex.
If you cant afford to wait few days/weeks for significant potential gains then you really deserve to lose.

If anyone thinks that whales/dev will let a 20 million usd coin to die without a single pump are delusional. Whats happening is all a game plan to get rid of the bounty hunters and weak hands so that whales can accumulate.

Bounties are a big mistake. A better system would be to replace with a percentage bonus that goes to people who have already invested a minimum amount in the ICO. For example say you do the Klingon translation and you get an extra 20% added on to the 1 BTC worth of tokens you got on the ICO. This way it still rewards people but ensures that they have some investment in the success of the coin. This would also eliminate a lot of the scamming on bounties.
I don't think a dump of this magnitude is coming from bounties only, besides bounties also contributed alot towards attracting new investors.I think the reward for bounties should rather reduce.
