how long take a fee with 0.002 to confirm average? Is it useful during a ico a higher fee with x100 or x1000? Or is the different only 1-2 sek. with a higher fee?

Yes this is crazy. How are many of you viewing this as acceptable. I've contacted support and they are extremely unhelpful. All they say is " it needs to be processed manually, please wait" they offer no time frame. Are we supposed to wait days and be ok. Many of us need access to it right away.

It's not an error.

At the moment withdraw requests are processed manually by the Bitcoin payment gateway to prevent a hacker from moving away his stolen ETT funds.
The ETT funds were stolen from the Incent blockswap service.
ETT has to completely redo their ETH / Waves token distribution.

The hack is not Waves or Ethereum related, just a vulnerability at the Incent blockswap service.

So yes, it's a mess but I hope they stop him.

I used the wBTC deposit / withdraw function a few times and it worked fine, though a bit slow. But well, Bitcoin should speed up after the fork.

And if something does not work well it's not a mistake - a funny statement. Think about your answer. This is a big mistake if their platform is not working well

The Waves platform is working fine.

Only the BTC gateway is processing withdrawal requests by hand right now because of the ETT hack.

You can complain a 100 times, it won't speed things up.

Finish writing these stupid - because your statements are ridiculous if you claim that this platform works well. This platform is one big mistake.

No BTC are lost, only withdrawal requests are slowed down right now because they are processed by hand.

They have said they are having their gateway administrators review these manually? Do you guys think they are reviewing them now over the weekend? Or will we have to wait till next business day

in https://waveswallet.io/ , where can I check my open orders for all my tokens? Is there anyplace to check open order or have I to remember all orders I've opened and check every coin pair?

Right now you have to remember what trades you put in by yourself. The feature will be in future releases.

I just write down the trading pairs to find the orders, for the time being.

Hehe, yeah, well, they push out 1 or 2 wallet updates every week and everytime I see smaller or bigger changes / bugfixes, so developers are working very hard Smiley

Sasha is hiring new people, Etherdesign is doing the frontend of the new DEX so I think it will be great! ETA around August / september.

Yes the truth is the same. If I wanted to keep my btc I would keep it and not give the platform waves

For immediate support, I would recommend to use the Waves slack.  Get in touch with mx or sasha on there.  They will get the issues resolved for you guys.

Way faster!!! Almost instant and max like 1 min!

Do not listen to this. Their platform freezes bitcoins. And do not know when you see them
First, Waves transactions really are faster.
Second, the ETT hack recently seems to be the problem, looks like they check withdrawels atm so the ETT thief cant cash out unseen. Patience now is the key. Its an exceptional situation atm.

I do think the team could be more informative on this though.

The team blocked an account on telegrams as someone reported a problem. Really funny behavior from the team
True. I can confirm that. The mods at Waves Telegram Community is so rude. Bullying newbies and ignoring complains & issues. I do have screenshots. If sasha request me on pm, i'll surely let him see. I'll sell of all the waves soon, maybe when it hit $6 (if it hits again).
Other than that, the waves slack team is kinda friendly and solid.
