I beleive they got rid of the 1w from the start of all waves addresses so the new address is the correct and most up to dat one. Its just the same minus the 1w.

How do I get into my account with 1W and so retrieve my tokens INCENT ?

Maybe you enter another seed? Or you accidentally add/deleted characters on your seed. Check again mate.

You are probably making the mistake everybody has done once, including me.
if you just miss one letter of the seed when copying / pasting, it will access to another waves address.
That's why you see zero, you are missing one or more letters

Sometimes it's just one

for example: you seed ends with the word bird... try to add an s... or something else... depends on the word

Advice: always copy the seed by clicking the icon on top-right, not by selecting the seed in the box

About seven months ago I made a backup of my wallet waves and in that wallet had an incent token, today when I went to get into my wallet by gluing the seeds I was given a different address and with that my incent are no longer there. If anyone can help gratefully
