Bittrex is more 'easy' than poloniex and waves isn't really ready (the waves team should still finish to distribute the ICO tokens, if I'm not wrong).

btw. it is not waves fault that waves is until now at no exchange, it is the fault of the exchanges, because it is the first coin in the program language ScorexFramework, and the exchanges dont know how they implement waves into their exchanges.

What? That's some shit logic. They provided the timeline that Trading would begin on the 14th and failed to meet this. It's the dev teams responsibility to be proactive and ensuring it was in the hands of exchanges prior to the aforementioned launch date. If this is the kind of foresight behind this project, eeek.

Meanwhile I can head over to the marketplace section of the altcoin subforum and sell my Waves right now for a 2-2.5x Bitcoin profit. With how much Bitcoin has surged since the ICO began, my dollar value 4-5x what I initially put in. Even if WAVE isn't listed on exchanges yet, it is certainly not dead.
