They did the same with lisk. I got banned on polo chat talking about lisk before it was on the exchange. And bam few days later it was on polo.

My interest in wanting to know the deal with listing on an exchange is to add some tokens for a cheap price. And I DO NOT want to chat with 1908 people.

Yes there will be thread on bct for updates only and official forum. There is also announcements channel in slack and you can mute all other channels.

Exchanges have already fullnode code from yesterday. Now they need to finish integration.
