Join the #https://wavesplatform.slack.com/ and ask there. that's where the team members are working with payouts and whatnot. Go there for a fastest resolution.
Why are you saying they are frozen ?
They're not frozen just not sent out yet. team is doing a great job, many already received their tokens because they added their address fast and were the first to do it, those who come late will obviously be served late.
Obviously? This is ridiculous - if it was automatic process, then OK for FIFO, but it's manual work, so how do you know the procedure is fair?
Have you seen a rich list in blockexplorer ? How do you know whales aren't already waiting with their stakes prepared for dumping ?
