Yes, you can check it.

Log out from your wallet.
Click on - Import account.
Put your SEED.
Click on – Generate address from seed.
You will see the same address that you use in your wallet.

Click on - Back
After that, you can Login to your wallet and enjoy your Waves tokens in safety.

Currently, the Main net is fully launched. You can just create your Wave address for to get ICO tokens, or leave it in your ICO account.

I get that, but when I click on the rows, nothing pops up with the details about each block

Don't think lite client shows that info In detail. But in slack, dev says there will be a block explorer up within an hour. Grin
