Sadly, removing the signature campaign before the bounties are distributed poses a serious trust problem between the parties. Although I'm sure most participants are respectable and established members who are bound to have followed the rules, some other users have tried to play smart and maximize their profit by participating into two campaign simultaneously, and at the moment, I don't have a method to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the signature change happened after the spreadsheet was posted.
Moreover, As I believe our campaign is provably one of the most generous to recently hit bitcointalk, the attitude of some particpants to immediately changeover their signature proves they are not committed at all to the project, and that they are just aiming to maximizing their personal gains by jumping from one train to another.
I am cross checking RISE campaign spreadsheet, and users who have applied their application after the final spreadsheet was released will not be disqualified and will be reward.
A list with the currently disqualified members list will be posted shortly

WAVES was without any controversy so far, and lets keep it that way.
All the waves signatures became RISE? 
Not all of them, only the bottom dwellers that want things for free and have zero gratitude for the tokens being given to them.
Personally, I wish there were zero bounties for all this stuff and they awarded people as they want to for being honorable and loyal.
Some of us were too junior ranked to be eligible for the WAVES sig campaign at the time.

No. Go back and read what was stated by AhmadAshraf - if you kept your signature until the end of the ICO then you should be fine. Only people who signed up for another (e.g. Rise) signature campaign before the end of this ICO might have reason to worry as their is no way for the team to confirm that they kept the signature until the end. You don't need to worry unless you did that.

My friend, the list is not official. It was not released by a member of dev or has affiliation with waveplatform. So chill out and I know we could be very well justify our claims . Some people are whiners and tend to write false statements.

It's too late now. If someone's name wan't already on the list then they should have complained about it several weeks ago. No point crying over it now.

What's happening with my signature campaign bouty ?
I kept the Waves ICO signature during all the ICO time and that's only after the end of the Waves ICO, perhaps 2 or 4 hours after, that I subscribe to the Rise Signature campaign.
Despite I am the french translator of the RISE topic, I have not subscribed to Rise Signature campaigne before the end of the Waves ICO : I signed all my posts in the RISE englis topic and in my french one with your signature !
I you know the timezone of the RISe document for it's signature campaign, you will know that my subscription is after the end of the Waves ICO.
Be carrefull of what you do : you play against your supporters : I have 1,500 posts, more than 500 posts during the Waves ICO.

This makes sense. I'm not part of the bounty, I'm just tired of reading about all of the 'You should keep the signature to ..'. No, you should do whatever the f you want, as long as you folllowed the rules. Bounce to 5 ICOs after this onr, I dont give an f and neither should anyone else.

I love the way theyve intergrated downloading google authenticator with a barcode scanner as 'third party client software'... that way I dont have to disclose my personal phone number but I still get ace security. Google authenticator 2fa key/code changes every few seconds
