Why do people refer to YoBit as a scammer site ? Only because they trade IOU's ?

I put 1BTC into yobit waves and its going up fast. I cashed out a bit of profit and withdrew. Its already in my wallet so guess its not a scam site. Just not very ethical about how they make money lol.
I just don't trust their IOU prices, but I have not seen anyone complaining about withdrawals. So what you say is believable.
