On Lisk's opening day ON BITTREX, someone bought 20 BTC at .01 or something insane. I saw the trade go through and I'm like holding my head in amazement.

I appreciate your remark but feel you are missing whole nature of a Promise/IOU.
By the way what do you mean by "Yobit could buy the Waves on the open market from other exchanges "? Could you provide a reference or source?

I mean when Waves is launched on Exchanges, they are bound to be able to buy them at much cheaper price then what is being sold on Yobit.
