Remember faster Bitcoin Transactions in the WAVES platform. This is from the WAVES whitepaper "In the case of Bitcoin there is a party (or multi-sig parties) that maintains an in-and-out exchange procedure for Bitcoin, swapping it for its corresponding network token. I also think final amount will be over 30k Bitcoins for sure because so many unconfirmed transactions on the ways, after few minutes we will have final amount.
