Actually, the big money drainer will likely be compliance costs for AML/KYC. Getting licenced as a money transmitter in the States mean applying to the govs of all fifty states & shelling out millions of bucks.
Yes, this is a very important consideration almost unique to this project. It has changed my perspective on the desirability of a higher target for money raised during the ICO.
I'd keep states liscense to a bare min. Tbh only the heavy crypto states otherwise waste of money. There's plenty of people outside the states without their ridiculous imposing laws to make waves great. Most money in crypto comes from China and Russia anyway.
