What happened to POS?
Waves will have its own implementation of POS, its own transaction types also its own unique reputation system on the blockchain and many more things. Rewards will be distributed in form of fees, where above full nodes, all lite client end-users will be able to lease their balance and receive rewards also. What you see as of now is only first version of testnet. It is huge project. So above Waves token being the fuel of whole platform, there will be also incentives from the network itself.
Great, thanks for the clarification. It was getting confusing how Waves would implement POS but also have a fixed supply.

If I have to give this project any credit, then it would be because of their excellent PR campaign. It's crazy to see how the altcoin movement got so strong, people are looking for any ways to get in early into anything as long as they gain a fast ROI or profit.
Regardless i'm not against any coin project as long as it contributes with something new/different.

When is the launch date exactly?
im guessing there is no exact date of the launch, all we know is after the ICO we can exchange our waves to other currency.Im not sure if its really june mate.
what are the rules for the twitter and FB campaign? do we have to spam retweets and shares?
No, after the ICO there will be a feature where you will follow twitter and like facebook to receive bounties after.As i have read few pages back.

There will be full nodes of course above lite clients. As focus is mainly on the end-user it will goes like this, lite client users choose a full node to lease their balance to and they still receive the rewards, but the transactions become much faster as full nodes process them effectively. There'll be competition between the nodes that process the transactions also.
Anyone will be able to run full node, for sure but the specific % aren`t set yet, whole network will be something like big pool where rewards are being shared with the ones who are leasing and using only lite clients.
