I don't think there are refunds you will need to wait till the ICO end and sell it on the market.

you cant get a refund, you have to wait after the ICO ends and exchange your waves back to btc mate.

that means there is still investors buying waves, the value of your waves still the same and with the bonus, from when you buy it.
And you still receive bonus 10% if you buy now.
