It means you were signing up while yesterdays ICO procedure was still on and didn`t activate in time before new one was implemented. Please use new email and set your password by yourself.

At the moment after you submit your email, on next screen you need to provide password by yourself on the ICO site while signing up http://ico.wavesplatform.com/ Next you need to confirm your email but you should be able to log in already without it.
