I don't think you understand how ICO works. During an ICO, this is the absolute cheapest the coin will ever be. If you benefit from ICO, the price spikes about 1000% the first day. Even if you bought AFTER the huge pump and dump first day, it'll never ever come CLOSE to being ICO price with 20% bonus.

There's absolutely no certainty or guarantee that coins will be cheaper during the ICO than after the ICO.
Everybody be patient. There is no magical solution for your payment / waves / confirmation to show up. The only solution is for you to shut your face and be patient.
No one's stealing your fucking money. These are professional developers and this is VERY NORMAL DURING AN ICO. Sometimes payments don't show up immediately. Sometimes not for a day. Regardless, they DO show up.
