Your only Amigo, in the World of Crypto
- Fixed number of WAVES at 100 million.
- Leased Proof of Stake which locks them up.
- Fiat gateways.
- Multiple ICOs with stake owner rewards.
- First blockchain investment bank may be coming too.
- Current bull market.
- The unique comedy stylings of Dolores.

Put it all together and I think WAVES is about to take off like a rocket.

you got that right!!! Cool

can't wait for wavescommunity.com!
can't wait for 100% of EtherDesign GUI for DEX!
can't wait for current ICOs to finish and lift off on WavesPlatform!
can't wait for MORE ICOs!
can't wait for MORE Non-ICO TOKENs!
can't wait for those special ones like UpCoin and LiquidPro and just in this Investment Bank!
can't wait for all other altcoins to trade on WavesPlatform DEX!
can't wait for the other fiat gateways!
can't wait for the full awesome profits of LEASING to blossom! (now in its early stage, its already so awesome!)
can't wait for SMART CONTRACT!
can't wait for MORE exchanges to list WAVES!
can't wait for Trezor! and even LEASING FROM TREZOR!?
can't wait for anything possibly new and more from the mobile app!

how much longer do we have to wait floating around the ICO price (btc sense)?
all other altcoins are pumping and rising, HECK THAT!
so much...so many...the wait DOESNT MATTER ANYMORE! BECAUSE ALL OF THE ABOVE WILL HAPPEN IN 2017!
(except for the point about 'all other altcoins trading on DEX'. will take longer. But the first that can happen in 2017 will be ETHEREUM!)

the 'Wait' just gets more and more glorious!!!
We will just keep developing, growing, expanding, moving and RIDING!

so how do the airdrops work, where can i get info for em, im new to waves trying to figure out this waves lite client.

Hold your WAVES in the lite client, not on an exchange and you will receive them

I search for "lite" in the OP but nothing hit. What's the link to the lite client?

https://wavesplatform.com/#downloads_anchor

I'll try this one on my android tablet.

Does anyone knows how long it usually takes to withdraw BTC from DEX. My first test transaction of 0.1 confirmed in 20 minutes. Now, the second one of much higher amount is not confirmed in 3 hrs +
It's 8hrs now, no BTC in my wallet. Who do I need to talk to?

Waves FAQ

                                          Frequently asked questions
1. Leasing
Why should I lease my waves?

Leasing your waves allows you to 'mine' waves and other waves assets without having to run your own node. By leasing your waves you are also helping to secure the network.

What is minimum amount of waves I need to have to be able to lease them?

You can lease any amount of waves.

How to decide who to lease to?

First thing you should look for is lowest fees, at the moment most pools offer 0% fees which means you will be getting all rewards that your waves generates. Second thing you should look at is nodes size, basically the bigger the node is the more it will 'mine'.

If you lease out all of your Waves tokens, do you still receive Token Airdrops?

Yes, your Waves will never actually leave your wallet so you will still be getting all airdrops you would get if you were not leasing.

Why would i lease to node vs setup my own?

The bigger the node is the more fees it will generate so if for example you lease to 0% fee node and it has more waves than you do, you will get more than you would be if you ran your own node.

Is leasing safe?

Yes, leasing is absolutely safe. There is no way for you to lose your waves because of leasing.

Can I trade my leased waves?

No, if you want to trade your leased waves you will first have to cancel the lease and then you will be able do whatever you want with them

How often do you get reward?

It depends on node you lease to. Some do weekly payouts, some do more or less frequent. At the moment Fountain-perpetua node's dev is working on a solution to make it possible to view your rewards in real time and make and automatic daily payouts system.

If I recall my leased waves will I still get the reward when they are turned out?

Read terms and conditions, most of the miners require you to keep lease for 7 days, to qualify for payment.

Is leasing profitable?

As leasing doesnt cost anything and you are receiving rewards for leasing, yes, it is profitable.

How do I lease?

I wanted to lease some waves but it asks for some addresses? Where can i find these addresses?

You can find these addresses in waves community page.

For now here is a short list

Is there a website or do I have to download the chrome plugin?

I want to store my coins but I don't want to install anything. An offline paper wallet would be the best for me.

the Chrome plug-in works great or Github is available

Would someone kindly clear the air on a few questions I have:

1) if I have enough waves to run one or two of my own nodes, is it even worth it at this point?
now that there's these massive leasing pools, Seems I might profit more safely leasing my coins then actually setting up shop myself. I could make a better return and Not to mention I wouldn't have to bother with maintenance.

2) what do the leasing pools get out of hosting these massive nodes? For instance waveslpos.com atm are even running a May promotion and giving out extra WCT coins etc for me to lease. What am I missing here?

3) what are the top 3 leasing pools? Any benefit to spreading around my leased coins instead of dumping it all in the biggest one?

4) lastly, what would you personally say is the benefit of me running a few nodes off my own servers as opposed to leasing my coins? I'm in this coin for the long run and would like to maximize my returns if it isn't too time intensive

Thanks a ton!

Always Love waves

1. All you need is 10k WAVES to run a node. Anyone can do it, but yes, you must know what you are doing or hire someone/company to maintain and deal with all of the updates, forks, and just other general "stuff" that comes up. Right now, the advancement and stability of the WAVES ecosystem is the most important thing right now, but the fees made make it cool too.
2. WavesLpos.com is returning all the WAVES and MRT fees it receives from the leasing of your Waves on the node. The WLPOS token is a special token generated by us that we are providing our lessors.
3. Yes, better to spread around. The more nodes with many good balances instead of a few huge ones makes the ecosystem stronger.
4. I would say, try it out on your own and see what you think. You can always change your mind and lease out.

Good Luck
