I once bet 100 Bitcoins on a 1:2 chance and lost.
WavesGamble.com known bugs:

1. Withdrawal is not possible, as the dialog does not let you enter anything. If you want your tokens back, ping me
here, then I can give it back to you from the smart contract manually.
2. Colors inverted in dark mode fullscreen
3. Full-screen button does not work to exit the full screen. Just use the X as usual in full screen to exit it.

Great News! WavesGamble.com now has a poker module! Not video poker, real poker! As at least two players are needed, I cannot beta-test it myself. So if you and your friends want to play a round of poker...

The Poker module lets you play with any token. The only fee should be 4% to take winnings. Please report bugs so that I can tell my developer. Thank you.

https://wavesgamble.com/ now has the games from WavesPlay. The earlier domain will be used for a different project.

The poker module is being reworked to run on a slower, but cheaper server.

https://WavesGamble.com is online again but not fully working yet, as playing results in an error.

Edit: Playing with Waves works now. The token selection screen is still broken, the developer is informed.
Edit 2: Bugs should be fixed now, there is also a way to play on mobile. The multiplayer poker module is finished but needs debugging and is offline due to the cost of operation. Maybe it will be deployed on a slower server.

Attention: Anyone wanting their old WavesPlay bankroll back, can ask here for it. From September 1st, 2023, I will assume ownership of the funds. Make sure to get the tokens back by then.

I found a new developer!
Now with smart contract, it is no longer send-based.
**
New: Now it is possible to play on mobile, as you can log in with email.

There were already some bugs fixed for the Poker, but the room closes after you open it, sorry for that. I have informed my developer.

I again have asked for help to bring WavesPlay back online. The problem is, that it is coded with Node.js, which is more complex to set up than just a script and database, so I need help.

I have polished the start post a bit.

I now have a hosting solution, that would support running WavesPlay. But the developer willing to help me with it has little time, so I need to be patient.

it is good to hear that you are still willing to make this site alive as long as you can. maybe you can also post this in the services section as there are some host providers that may be willing to accept your offer. if it is not generating income, then, i don't think it is a good move to put it back online, unless, you have other things that you're thinking that will get some players onboard. otherwise, just keep this site shelved for the moment and just pay the annual fee for domain so you won't lose the ownership of the domain.

The site does not need to make a profit for now, as I see it as a service to the community of Waves token issuers. We'll see.

I got a developer working on bringing back the site, but as he is very busy, this may take a long time. He has already been on it for weeks now.

If anybody is willing to sponsor the site for $100/month, you will find my contact information on https://parvex.org. Thank you.

Hello everybody. I made the decision to take WavesPlay.com offline. I had applied for a grant to extend the site from the Waves Association, but it got denied, they are not interested to support it in any form. I am sorry.

But if someone is willing to cover the running expenses of around 30 USD per month, I would keep the site online. The site never turned a profit, by the way.

I suggest that multiple coin swapping might be integrated into this, so that people can acquire these Waves tokens without all the complex hoops that they have to jump through.  Roll Eyes

You can buy Bitcoins, EGGs, USDN and other Fiat with card on the Waves blockchain and then play on WavesPlay.

I am evaluating the possibilities of getting the funds for the addition of more games.
Hopefully you can get more games because that's an upsetting thing to happen if we were not to see more games popping up but I can see why there's an evaluation in this one.

I have been saying for a while that Alt coins need a utility or use case to survive.... and this (casino) is a use case that might just fit that scenario. The problem I see with this is the following... The on ramp process is too difficult to play here and also to get the tokens and this might just be the point of failure for this project.

Nice and simple, I like it!

However, the site is a bit bugged when I enter my preferred odds. Could you look into that?

Also, I would say that especially for a new site, your house edge is way too high. There are casinos out there with less than 1% house edge for dice, whereas you are charging 4%. Not saying that you have to change, but worth considering.

Thank you.
Odds are dependant on the size of the bankroll, maybe the possible win was to high?
The house edge may be changed if I can get the funds to improve the site.

I have seen some technical analysis of WAVES, where it is not such a bad idea to invest, in fact it is one of the small capitalization currencies that now has great power to grow, however it is necessary to take forecasts because the risk is usually high, but yes If there is a good pump, the profits can be huge, players have to be encouraged to acquire the token, they may run some contests to motivate them to buy, or launch some kind of soft campaign on social networks, it all helps.

Yes, Waves is for sure a great investment opportunity. I wish I had kept my 1K Waves I paid like 800 bucks for...This way I could have staked them on WavesPlay, and secure a steady fill up for the bankroll.
At the moment the idea of reinvesting is not bad, from the speculative point of view of the market it is not late in reality, we could say or affirm that while it is in the dip it is a good strategy to buy but wisely, and save some money for its perhaps even lower. Within the platform what I have seen from the site is that coinflip is almost a coinflip game, I like that, there is no space to almost win or almost lose.

Do you plan to have more games?
