I dont know how many miners still on, the big miners does control the mining of bitcoin and i do believe for the most mine bitcoin is the same as loose money with the current price/reward, its better pick those money for invest into miners and do get bitcoin directly, less noise and less worries.
I was mining some altcoins months ago, to trade it for btcs, but the rewards have decreased significantly with time...
if the earning of mining higher than electric cost, i think it's still profitable.
currently im running saphire nitro R9 390 for minng ethereum, the cost electric fee is very high, but the earning still higher than my electric cost, so im still running it.
Well you are i believe the first one to advice to build a miner and mine etc, sure it may be a good investment, but how much cost those r9 390 saphire, and how many etc are you able to earn daily, as long the income bigger you will roi maybe, but i dont think this is the best option to follow. I do believe some altcoins loose value while others get pumped but they always readjust, i invest at one coin just some satoshis and i see the result after some period, the thing is you can earn well doing the buy and wait the coin recover and readjust its price into the market.
I think there are instances when mining is profitable but with regard to bitcoin, considering the machine plus the internet plus the electricity cost and the maintenance, profit is hardly to have. Unless your electricity is free, or mining a new released coins. Some established minable coins difficulty is too high to have a good profit.
I don't think mining is able to return profit at all for single household miners cause the electricity bills will shoot above the profit what you can make.
Maybe for bigger companies with cheaper electricity it is a goldmine.
Maybe all the things that you say is true. But I see that this can all give advantages for us in doing it in a good way. For example storing the bulk of proceeds from mining and doing a small part the result of mining in the trading. Should we always think on some of the things that gives the best solution possible

Solving captchas is just a waste of time because you can earn just a little profit from it and typing is really tiring compare when you're just posting here in this forum and you can earn 0.005 BTC per day, I think it is more better than solving captchas, right guys?. Trading will also do, when you want to earn big profit, like buying bitcoin in a low price and selling it in a high price, most of the traders do that actually.
While I have never solved captchas for bitcoin, it should be obvious that besides the incredible low pay, the problem with captchas is how boring it is and the long time needed to reach payment.It is true, I myself play only last a few months and I think did not generate a lot of revenue and just waste your time alone

I suggest that you should stay away from faucets, solving captcha's, watching videos or anything that requires a lot of time to reach the minimum payout . Investment and cloud mining are risky cause most of them are scams, If you're planning on investing you should have a decent amount of money for your investment to be profitable and look for some big and trusted sites and always remember the saying "Too good to be true", We should always be cautious. Signature Campaigns, Trading and freelancing are recommendable but requires some knowledge

Not all forums do offer some giveaways and just to make it clear that not the forum is the one making those giveaways but those investors and members of that forum. And why you are going to search forums if you are already in the best bitcoin forum that a lot of investors are offering some giveaways everywhere.
It is better to have several sources and reference I think. That is what you quoted think. Anyway, a giveaway in this forum is prohibited, it was prohibited way back end of 2014. Because giveaway resulted in spam post where members are spamming their addresses for the giveaways. So if you research this thread, you can only see bounties (giveaway that you can't withdraw is not a giveaway at all am referring to that gambling site)

I guess typing and posting here in forum are just the same but you are right with it. Because I've been into captchas and I find it very tiring and boring. And the amount you are going to get is very low. There is also another way where you are going to enjoy getting some satoshi's and that is by playing some android apps that will pay you satoshis as you play.

Signature campaigns are good way to get bitcoin but for me there are a lot more ways to get more bitcoins. And if you are a skilled person you got to offer that here in forum just like programming skills. For sure members here that are studying BSIT and now in the finals days. For sure they are going to be in demand and needs your service.

Nice lists of way to get bitcoin my favourite activity to earn bitcoin is probably going to be forum signature campaigns.
Just because they are so simple and you can enroll in different ones when one ends so it's never static either.

Tasks like sig campaigns can be a fun and also easy way to earn some fractions of bitcoins, but just small amounts, to be honest. At least it is much better than options like faucets anyway.
If you're rank still low , the earning is still low and you can compared it in other source.
