There are numerous sites to convert your cryptocurrencies into cash(cash-out). Best site is Localbitcoins.com check it out and register an account. Don't forget to watch some tutorials on youtube about navigating Localbitcoins. I't easy once you get used to it.

There are several ways:
You could sell to anyone who wants to invest in the bitcoin business. The person transfers the cash into your local account while you transfer the bitcoin or crypto of request to the person's account.
Another way is to contact certified, trust worthy dealers. Be sure you know who you are dealing with though.

if you want to cashout your coins, first, you have to xchange them into bitcoin and you can do that via any
exchange platform.
Then, you can use Localbitcoins to cashout where you will sell your bitcoins to someone near and he will pay you directly in FIAT.
If you want to exchange your bitcoin to a mopre common currency like dollar and receive it on an ebank, many platforms provide such service
and dealing with them is really easy, all you have to do is to send them Bitcoin and they will send you money in your ebank account.

As being new to the crypto currency world. I like to know how do you cash you your money?

such as taking your crypto and taking it out into real money?

eg transfers to paypal?

etc. what methods suggested?

eg transfers to paypal? is so risky I tried it before and my account stopped.

best way is find user near to you and ready to pay cash or waste more of bitcoin in localbitcoin and alt sites

Trade your crypto into major exchanges like bittrex, poloniex, hitbtc, or etherdelta will do. Once you've already converted it to bitcoin, that's the time to send that btc to your btc wallet and cash it out in any banks or money remittance center anywhere in your country.

you need to find out first if there is a local exchange site(wallet) for your country. Then you can start converting your crypto currency (bitcoin) into your country currency. You may able to cash out your money through those wallet.

Technically, when it comes to the cashing out, I go with Localbitcoins due to the availability of the traders and multiple payment options so you can try it if you are willing to cash-out your BTC. If you have alt-coins then you can use the platforms like Changelly to convert your Altcoins into the BTC, However, from my personal experience, I find it most user-friendly yet expensive. You can try some domestic exchanges too but in my country, I have limited options as of now.

Usually i made withdrawal my bitcoin to fiat money via local exchangers on my country, so if you want do withdrawal depending on where do you live, if on your country there are no market place for bitcoin you sell the bitcoin on localbitcoin.com, i don't recommend to sell bitcoin for Paypal due to this service is doesn't support for bitcoin, they hate bitcoin. You can use skrill and neteller because bitcoin is supported for fill the funds on there, so if have made investment in bitcoin and right now you have got return of investment, will be better withdrawal them due to the digital coins are very high risk. Good luck

I only use two methods, I already have my bitcoin wallet in a flatform coins.ph and coinbase, then, I convert it to local money and send it to my place through moneygram and cebuana- easy process and low processing fee.

Using exchanges is the #1 step. Then the ways of exchanging BTC to local money will depend on the laws and policies of your country. If your country restricts the amount of local money which you can have then you better withdraw your exchanged money little by little.
But there's another way. If you have some friends or other people whom you could trust, and they want to exchange cash to BTC, then you better choose that way.

Centra tech is working on this right now. Very soon they will become a major force in converting crypto to fiat with no fees aside from the card cost. I ordered mine just waiting for it to arrive. Another venture i have seen that is working on this also is Oxycoin, looking at there website it looks rather promising. The way crypto has gone it won't be long before there are multiple easier ways for people living outside of europe, usa and japan/korea.

Till date there are not major exchanger for exchanging cryptocurrencies directly to fiat currency. To get cryptocurrencies to fiat, first user must have to exchange their crypto against BTC and then have take their BTC to their local exchanger to exchange them in fiat. This is the only way to get crypto to fiat. Otherwise there are many untrusted sources to exchange your altcoins. Currently ETH only have local fiat currency exchanger.
