To help the potential of Bitcoin in the real world is the network of lightning. The concept is good but we still have to see the adoption of this technology that can lead to in terms of making Bitcoin better as a real-world solution. Spread the good news about Bitcoin is needed especially for everyone so they do not think Bitcoin is like a fraud or a gambling place so news stories that will drop Bitcoin will never exist again or stay away from Bitcoin.
Promote the Bitcoin in a good way, good information is needed to many people making believe still telling the good news and explain the system on Bitcoin to prevent to the hacker or scammer.
Lets give our own opinions in this thread and let's see what are the visions of any users here on forum on what are the things than can affect bitcoin community and value to improve more 
So i'm the maker of this thread i'm the first who gives opinion here.
My opinions are:

we can increase the bitcoin user by telling people that bitcoin is profitable and also spreading the news about bitcoin on the social medias such as Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram etc.
Many of us are already doing that but many people are still neglecting bitcoin because they maybe lazy or uneducated or dont have a money to invest in cryptos .
I think the best way to improve bitcoin community is to stay faithful on bitcoin because if there are supporters bitcoin can also go a long way. We can also donate to our bitcoin community ( bitcointalk.org ) in order to improve its features and also to make the site running smoothly without any server problems.

your third point is so true , some newbie on this crypto world who get scam because he dont know can make some trouble , he can invite other people to hate / not trusting bitcoin and then make the price dump
In my opinion. to improve the quality of the bitcoin community by learning together about the knowledge of digital currencies and always keeping abreast of technology so that it will add insight. always a discussion if there is a problem about crypto. giving insight to new members and informing people around us if crypto is great for the future of the economy.
That's right, one more add for a better community is avoiding fake news about bitcoin. Some media is not clarifying what really bitcoin is Bitcoin is be on television with used to scam people. So watchers will think bitcoin is scam. They not did to infirm people bitcoin is just a currency no owner. It is online digital money and scammer will use this opportunity to scam multiple persons
