Regardless, all the coin information and client release time was announced 2 days ago and that was your initial question. And yes, announcement is a forum thread.
If you just stop and think about it, why would I ask when a forum thread was created? Just think about it.
If I am asking when it was announced, you don't think that Hey hang on a minute, maybe this guy wants to know when it was available to download? Why would he want to know when a thread was created.
