Will there be a trading exchange for the tokens within Fox Trading's desktop platform/app, or would the individual need to visit a third-party exchange? For selling the tokens you will need a 3rd party exchange.
How would someone who purchased FOXT on an exchange sign up for the trading signals? Will there be a place to store the token on your app/desktop platform? They will need to send his tokens to founder wallet, once they did that, they will receive access to the platform.
