bitcoin is still hard to obtain at some places, I cant even get bitcoin with my master payoneer card, plus we have to many middle man acting like visa and mastercard to grab fees.

Now that's interessting , I have Payoneer however I have no idea how I can buy Bitcoin directly (It would be good if you could tell me) from it and that's why I wanted to switch to Neteller to be honest and I found that I can almost anything with that feature of depositing bitcoin .

Actually using a bitcoin debit card you could pretty much go every where and just pay with bitcoin all tho some of the transaction fees and conversion to fiat are way to high sometimes.

No, it is not the same as using bitcoin, not even close. It is more like using prosthetic hand to reach for things from the table. The same as using Bitcoin Debit/Credit card.
It is not using bitcoin, its is using parasite satellite services to be able spend your bitcoins, it's not ok. You could exchange your bitcoin and buy anything for it too. And I would rather do that.

No there isn't such a website but it wouldn't be cool if there is one , but it's impossible to get update in real time of payement methods unless there is API for all those website which there isn't . so It should be updated manually ... still pretty good idea

@All Thank you for all your answers and yes I guess it make more sense however I didn't understand this :

Deposits made using Bitcoin are available immediately for transfers to merchants or other members. Money deposited using Bitcoin cannot be withdrawn or accessed using your Net+ Prepaid MasterCard® or your Net+ Virtual Prepaid MasterCard®.

So what the hell ? you deposit and they take your money ? you can't use them at all ? that's nonsense .

Hmm, no. As I said above, you can use the money - but only in sites that accept Neteller directly (and not just the MasterCard). So, you can use it in sites like Betfair, for example, as well as a few other gambling related sites, and games... which still sucks, unfortunately.

And technically, there should be a few ways around this limitation, like: depositing via Bitcoin, sending the funds to another user, and then withdrawing; or, depositing via Bitcoin, then sending it to a site (Betfair, for example), playing around with it for a while, and then moving it to Neteller again, and withdrawing - I imagine they have no reason to deny the withdrawal then, though I haven't really tried it. I want to buy in ebay or amazon? but i cant with bitcoin am i right?

I was just giving examples , you can for Amazon with this website : https://purse.io/ (but not direct payment , the website basically search for someone who need bitcoin and can pay for the item you want to buy)
and that's why I made this thread , because with Neteller you kinda can do that ... You deposit Bitcoin then use Neteller to buy like any other Credit card

The method actually involves selling away your bitcoin in exchange for fiat. Though the fee is probably low you might be better off just using your bitcoin or fiat to makes direct purchases. Even when the number of shops accepting bitcoin is not that many around, it does make more sense to just use your fiat rather than selling away your bitcoin which carries additional step.

maybe it is just me but i haven't heard of Neteller before. and never seen any place accepting it alongside with paypal, mastercard and so on.

and honestly i don't care about these payment systems like paypal or neteller start accepting bitcoin, that changes nothing because there is still their fees that you have to deal with. and also for people who care about anonymity when using bitcoin, these systems defeat that purpose completely

Well, there is the anonymity problem, no doubt; but as far as fees go, I think you wouldn't have much of a problem: their Net+ MasterCard has no usage, or monthly/annual fees (at least none that I've seen so far), and the Bitcoin deposits supposedly have no fees either (from Neteller's part - I'm not sure about what rates they might be using though, so there could be some small hidden fees in there somewhere, I guess).

As to where you would be able to use Neteller + Bitcoin (assuming they didn't have the silly restriction I mentioned above), you would be able to use it anywhere that accepts MasterCard, either online, or IRL - with the restriction, you're limited to using it in the few gambling sites that they deal with.

I just relized and I may be late ... that Neteller is accepting Bitcoin as depositing money method and it's the only one on the depositing methods out there that it's 100% free without fees , so what's the problem ? Neteller is basically a Credit Card and you can used it basically on every shop online or not on the world , so why we need alternatives for Amazon , eBay , etc ...  that accepts Bitcoin
I'am not sure if I'am missing something here Shocked

Actually, I think you're missing something there (or I missed some recent news): although Neteller accepts Bitcoin deposits now, it doesn't allow you to make use of those funds alongside their cards (be it the physical or the virtual cards). What this effectively means is that you're limited to using those funds in the gambling sites (and little more) that accept Neteller.

Interestingly enough, when they first announced Bitcoin deposits, they did allow free use of those funds; but that was changed soon after - I'm not sure why though. Sad

EDIT: apparently, MasterCard told them to: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/32wuez/neteller_disables_bitcoin_topup_for_their_net. Also, notice the following in http://www.neteller.com/pp/bitcoin:

You're not missing anything and yes you're a bit late. Still, people who wants to stay anonymous with their bitcoin transactions won't take neteller. It's not really buying 'using' bitcoin. You converted it to fiat because depositing your bitcoin to neteller will be considered a trade to fiat. So to be precise, no it's not.

Counted as bought by bitcoins are the stores/merchants that accepts bitcoins.

This. It makes no sense to make a fiat >> BTC >>  fiat purchase, when you can do a direct fiat purchase. It's better to either keep your coins or spend them with businesses that really accept BTC.

We need a Bitcoin-only closed-loop economy. Using conversion methods is not helping in reaching this goal, because it draws funds away from real Bitcoin supporters.

yes and you can actually buy everything using all4btc or purse.io for amazon, there is limitation with some countries

still there is the taxes problem, thus people want to avoid revealing their transaction

but the main reason why i don't want to use bitcoin for now, is because i think it's a waste with its current value

if one believe that bitcoin will skyrocket why he should use it now, besides emergencies?

They will actually buy the Bitcoins from us and keep it with them for later use till it's prices rose to multiple level, I will not do any purchase with these new marketing methods unless I get the authenticated source via Bitcoin foundation.
